Build Your Business Brain
For entrepreneurs and operators. One seat per person, a set number of seats per cohort.
Four weeks, one session a week. You leave with AI that knows your business the way a good employee does, and three jobs running without you.
Who this is for
- You run something. A practice, a shop, a service business, a small team
- You are doing work somebody else should be doing, and there is no somebody else
- You have tried AI and got generic output, because it knows nothing about you
- You want this built, not explained
What you leave with
- A working business brain: your voice, your offers, your customers, your rules, all loaded
- Three skills built for the jobs you repeat every week
- Automations: repeat jobs running on a schedule without you touching them
- Analysis: ask your own numbers a question, from sales to leads to reviews, and get a plain-English answer
- A dashboard: the few numbers that matter, in one place, updated without you building a spreadsheet
- Your brand guide: your voice, colors, fonts and words to use and avoid, written down so everything you and AI make looks and sounds like you
- Website edits: update your own pages, prices and copy with AI, without waiting on a developer
- Documentation you could hand to your next hire
How it works
One session a week for four weeks, in a small group. Every session you build, you do not watch.
Between sessions you use it on live work and bring back whatever broke. Week four is the handoff, where we write it all down so it survives you getting busy.
A customer question in, a reply in your voice out
This is what a business brain is for. Connected to your inbox, it already knows your services, prices and the way you talk to customers, so the draft is waiting and sounds like you.
Lands in your inbox
From Dana: Hi, do you do weekend installs? We need a quote for a 12x16 patio before Thanksgiving.
What the business brain already knows: your services and prices, your crew’s schedule rules, how you sign off
Waiting in your drafts folder
Hi Dana, thanks for reaching out. Yes, we do Saturday installs. A 12x16 patio usually takes two days, so to finish before Thanksgiving we’d want to measure by November 7. Could I come by Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon?
Mike
What’s connectedThe business inbox, plus the business brain built in week one.
What runs on its ownIt drafts a reply to each new inquiry in the owner’s voice, with the real timeline and a next step.
What still needs the ownerChecking the crew calendar and pressing send. Nothing sends on its own.

What it costs
$997per person, or three payments of $349
Includes all four sessions, recordings, and the written setup at the end.
On the call we go over the cohort dates and whether it fits your business. You pay only once you have the dates.
Seats are limited. Cohorts run back to back, so if this one is closed you go on the list for the next.
What this is not
Not a certification, and not theory.
If you have never opened an AI tool, do Get Your Week Back first. You will get far more out of this one.
Questions people actually ask
What do I need before week one?
A paid AI plan, about $20 a month. The welcome email says exactly which one and how to set it up.
What if I miss a week?
Sessions are recorded and we will catch you up before the next one. Miss two and we would rather move you to the next cohort than watch you fall behind.
Can I bring my team?
Each person needs their own seat, and the work is built around your own business. If you want your whole team trained together, that’s a team day. See custom AI training for your team
Is it specific to my industry?
No, and that is deliberate. Different businesses in one room is the point. You will take an idea from someone in a completely different trade.
